Safwan Qureshi is a Senior Financial Analyst – Compliance for Grand Challenges Canada, where his main responsibility is to conduct compliance assessments and audits on innovator projects, to ensure their adherence to Grand Challenges Canada’s funding requirements.

Prior to joining Grand Challenges Canada, Safwan worked as Senior Compliance Officer with International Rescue Committee and was part of the audit and advisory practice at PKF F.R.A.N.T.S Chartered Accountants for not-for-profits. Safwan is an associate member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants – ACCA and a Chartered Professional Accountant – CPA, CGA. Safwan also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from the University of Peshawar and a CA Intermediate Certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
