Adrian is a Program Analyst for the Stars in Global Health portfolio at Grand Challenges Canada. This program provides funding to explore transformative ideas at the proof-of-concept stage.
Prior to joining GCC, Adrian held roles as a research assistant with the BC Children’s Hospital Research Institute and then as a junior medical copywriter at a pharmaceutical advertising agency. Academically, Adrian completed a Master’s in Global Health at the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden with a research focus on differentiated social protection as an intervention for people with tuberculosis in Viet Nam. He also holds a BSc in biomedical sciences from McGill University.
At GCC, Adrian is ready to explore the world of global health funding/granting and is looking forward to building relationships with the brilliant innovators who are catalyzing important advances to global health systems.
