Kangaroo Mother Care requires that health workers spend a significant amount of time training caregivers. Additionally, health workers and caregivers lack tools to measure the amount and the quality of care received by newborns. BEMPU's Carelet is a monitoring bracelet that tracks the frequency and duration of interventions while also providing data and feedback to both parents and caregivers so they can have the assurance that effective care is being delivered.
