Chithra Rajaratnam is the Human Resources Associate at Grand Challenges Canada. In this role, she supports the Director of Operations & Administration with human resource management. She is also responsible for general management and oversight of the office and provides administrative support to the team. In addition, she is responsible for coordinating the summer student program.

Chithra is currently pursuing her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation with the Human Resources Professionals Association. She attended Ryerson University, where she completed her undergraduate studies and is currently enrolled in the Mental Health and Addictions certificate program. Chithra is passionate about mental health issues and is inspired by the impact that Grand Challenges Canada has in addressing these issues in Low and Middle Income Countries.
